Students in the Middle Years Program (MYP) atUpper Canada College engaged in a custom built design challenge. Facilitated by Future Design School, this immersive Project Week experience empowered students to unpack social issues through an interdisciplinary lens.
The education system has been a significant focus throughout the pandemic for good reason: It is the lifeblood of our society, in the truest sense of the word. For that reason, schools need and deserve all the support we can muster, and those who keep them running have more than earned deep empathy and respect.
School leaders play an important role in working with teachers to optimize their instructional capacity while leaving room to integrate what has been learned over the course of the pandemic. The question is: How might we find the balance between learning new things and just getting by?
